Spiritual leadership is about creating hope/faith in a compelling vision to love and serve key stakeholders, which satisfies team member fundamental spiritual needs for purpose, meaning, and belonging and, in doing so, produces higher levels of team commitment, productivity, and life satisfaction. To the extent it is implemented, employees will feel psychologically safe, have a sense of structure and clarity due to a strong sense of vision and cultural values as well as experience a sense of meaning and that their work matters as they get things done in a dependable manner.
